This website, colormatrixfx.com, is operated by COLOR MATRIX LLC. These terms describe the use of our online store and purchases made directly from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store policies presented at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Orders and customer information
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. Please contact us promptly if your order information needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment.
Products and prices
Product descriptions, package sizes, and prices are displayed on the product pages. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is explicitly displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future orders. If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without your consent.
Product use
Follow the directions, ingredient information, intended uses, and warnings on each product label. Use products only for their stated purpose. Contact us if you need product information before purchasing.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Returns and refunds
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging with seals intact. Customers pay ordinary return shipping costs. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout.
