Processing time
COLOR MATRIX LLC processes and ships orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping destinations and rates
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any available free-shipping offer is reflected at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Express shipping refers to the shipping service and does not shorten our 2–3-business-day processing time. Carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Order questions and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For address corrections, delayed or missing packages, or damaged deliveries, contact colormatrixfx@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible so we can assist.
